Cardinal Hume Centre: strategic review

The Cardinal Hume Centre provides a range of services for homeless people in Westminster. Working with Nigel Rogers of Rogers Support, Chris O’Leary is undertaking a review of the drop-in centre, which provides housing advice and life skills training to single homeless people.
