Cassiopeia Consultancy is led by Chris O’Leary, an experienced consultant with a track record of fifteen years in local government and social care and support. Chris founded Cassiopeia in spring 2005, following four years in a senior management role with a niche research and consultancy company. Prior to becoming a consultant, Chris worked in the NHS and in local government. In addition to his work with Cassiopeia Consultancy, Chris is Director of Policy and Communication for a national healthcare regulator.
