Cassiopeia provides consultancy, economics and research services to develop effective and evidence based policy. Our services include:

• Strategy facilitation - policy development and implementation advice, performance management and process mapping. Strategic decision making (scenario planning, options appraisal and feasibility studies etc).
• Communication strategy and training - broadcast media skills, presentation skills, drafting reports and briefing documents, and consultation.
• Data analysis and interpretation - quantitative and qualitative data collection, modelling, needs assessment, capacity planning, impact assessment.
• Research - evidence-based practice, quantitative and qualitative research methods; rapid reviews.
• Evaluation and review – assessing the effectiveness (qualitative, impact and cost) of different services and policy interventions and providing advice and support to deliver effective organisational change.
• Economic appraisal – assessing the cost benefit of proposed service development as part of or following feasibility or options appraisal work.
• Bid development – developing and writing contract or grant application bids, including needs assessment, economic appraisal/benefits and delivery action plans.
